California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657)

At Royal Box Group, LLC, we are committed to complying with the law wherever we operate and to conducting all business activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”) (SB 657) requires certain retail sellers and manufacturers that do business in California to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chains. We are wholly committed to the prevention of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.

Verification:

Although Royal Box Group, LLC does not currently engage in verification of product supply chains to identify, assess and manage the risks of human trafficking and slavery, it does not knowingly work with suppliers engaging in legal or ethical violations.

Audit:

Royal Box Group, LLC does not currently conduct audits of its suppliers to specifically evaluate risks of human trafficking and slavery or compliance with its standards and policies in its supply chains, nor does it use a third-party auditor to conduct audits. Although Royal Box Group, LLC does not currently audit its suppliers, it does not knowingly work with suppliers engaging in legal or ethical violations. Any observed or reported non-compliance will be investigated and addressed. If a supplier fails to take corrective action, Royal Box Group, LLC will cease doing business with the supplier.

Certification:

Although Royal Box Group, LLC does not currently require its direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into its products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking, it does not knowingly work with suppliers engaging in legal or ethical violations.

Internal Accountability:

Royal Box Group, LLC enforces its Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, which requires employees to comply with all laws, including labor laws. If Royal Box Group, LLC’s management becomes aware that an employee, supplier, or independent contractor does not adhere to applicable laws or the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, Royal Box Group, LLC reserves the right to terminate the relationship.

Training:

Royal Box Group, LLC does not currently train its employees on prevention of slavery or human trafficking. All employees are trained on our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and other applicable corporate, regional and site-specific policies and procedures where responsibilities and accountabilities are clearly described.
