Joe Brisson, Recruitment and Retention in Cicero, organized TRG’s attendance at the Morton West High School Trade Fair. Joe along with Armando Guerrero, TRG’s Graphic Converting Manager, attended the fair on February 3rd, 2023 to provide awareness of the display and packaging industry to the students.

Armando started with The Royal Group at age 18 and has been with the company for 34 years. He offers to share his personal story about how he began and how he’s progressed throughout his years with TRG. Armando provides hands-on materials to the students so they can see firsthand and be engaged. He shows the graphics side of production as well as how a corrugated box is produced. This hands-on approach has been very successful because it creates an open dialogue with the students. It provides an opportunity to hear the stories, see the product and ask questions.
