The Royal Group, a leading provider of innovative packaging and displays, is pleased to announce the addition of three leaders in the Chicago and Wisconsin region. Katie Wilhelm will serve as our Senior Vice President-Midwest, John Moulton as the General Manager of Innovative Fiber and Billy Cozad will be the Regional Sales Manager for Wisconsin. This expansion of our team will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success. These three new leaders contribute a valuable combination of skills and expertise to our team.
Katie Wilhelm
Senior Vice President - Midwest
Katie Wilhelm is a highly accomplished executive with over three decades of experience in the packaging industry. She has a proven track record of driving growth and fostering innovation in various companies. Katie’s deep knowledge of the region’s landscape and her strategic vision make her an invaluable addition to the TRG leadership team.
John Moulton
General Manager - Innovative Fiber
John Moulton has a wealth of experience in leadership roles spanning over 30 years, specifically in sales and operations management. His extensive background in managing teams and navigating diverse markets, including Beverage, Tape, Food Packaging, and Parchment industries, makes him highly qualified for the position of General Manager. His exceptional skills and demonstrated history of success in these domains will greatly enhance the value he brings to our organization.
Billy Cozad
Regional Sales Manager - Wisconsin
After completing his BA in Business Management from Western Governors University, Billy Cozad has amassed considerable expertise over a span of 17 years in the Chicago and Milwaukee Markets. He has honed a distinct set of skills in the packaging and display industry, encompassing areas such as design, sales, and leadership roles. These competencies make him a highly valuable resource to our organization in his new position.
