Our TRG Halls, TN facility has been very busy this past holiday season and we’re happy to share everything they do!
Just a few days before Christmas, TRG Halls gathered round to celebrate the holidays with their annual luncheon. The luncheon was more than just tasty food, laughs, and good conversation. There were many other festivities in the mix as well. They held a Holiday Sweater Contest, a Gingerbread Contest, and a surprise appreciation presentation to the managers. They also had the Helen Tucker Center Choir from the Helen R. Tucker Adult Developmental Center out of Ripley, TN sing Christmas carols to everyone before the food was served. The choir has been singing at the luncheon for the past six years, and our group really loves all of the positivity and happiness they have to offer. After singing, they all enjoy a lovely meal together.
After all of their luncheons, so that nothing goes to waste and with the belief in sharing where it benefits best, they donate the extra food to a local organizations such as nursing homes, homeless shelters, and food kitchens in the area. This time they brought the additional food to Transitions of Dyer County. This is a residential Christian program/group home for women who suffer from life controlling issues (alcohol, drugs, abuse, anger, depression, etc.). They were very appreciative of the delivery and all so kind.
We’re proud to say that team spirit and giving back is always at the heart of our ethos here at TRG. Come join our team and see what it’s all about!
