TRG Announces New General Manager of TRG Marion

TRG is excited to announce Pete Grill as the new General Manager of our Marion, Ohio facility. Pete comes to us with 32 years of experience in the packaging Industry. He has held positions in several areas, including machine operations, production, sales, and operations. Throughout his various lines of work, Pete excelled in all, moving up to management and supervisory positions including Operations Manager and General Manager. Pete also brings to the table his experience in the recycling and propane industries. 

As with the same draw that brought many of our people to TRG, Pete was first attracted to TRG by the people. Knowing a few TRG’ers that have been fellow employees in the past and whom he holds in high regard, is what first prompted his interest in TRG. In Pete’s role as a General Manager, he will focus on the current mix of opportunities and work on expanding our customer base.

While Pete’s career in the industry took him through a wide geographical area and many places he called “home” at one point, he’s native to Oregon. Pete and his wife, Kristin enjoy traveling and visiting with family and friends and devoting some time to one of his personal hobbies, fly fishing. Coincidently, Pete has been a life-long Cincinnati Bengals fan, making his move to Ohio and his new journey with TRG all that more exciting.
